🚨 Refund still unresolved after more than 1 month

My SpiceJet SG496 (Darbhanga–Delhi), PNR V964FY, was cancelled by the airline. I accepted the rescheduling offered by SpiceJet and was issued PNR KGR6JA for 18 Aug 2026. That flight was also cancelled.

MoCA informed me that the

If this remains unresolved, I will proceed with a formal complaint before the National Consumer Helpline/Consumer Commission.

The flight on 16 Aug 2026 was cancelled by SpiceJet. At the airport, I chose the rescheduling option offered by SpiceJet and was issued a new PNR KGR6JA for 18 Aug. That flight

I have now been informed by @MoCA_GoI that the airline has made the refund to the travel partner. However, Goibibo's system says “No refund applicable” and I have received ₹0.
I am attaching both documents as proof.

@flyspicejet My flight SG496 (Darbhanga–Delhi), PNR V964FY, was cancelled twice due to “operational reasons” — first on 16 Aug 2026 just 3h 23m before departure, and the rescheduled flight on 18 Aug was also cancelled.
I opted for a full refund, but I have still not received
