@qatarairways why did you not notify anybody about the cancellation of todays flights to Auckland until people started checking in? Also why did you decide to cancel flights when the airport is open tomorrow?
@virginmedia just wondering if it’s company policy to offer and finalise a new contract. Then call back to say you’ve put in a higher monthly cost to the contract and you can’t/won’t put it back. Then not put customers through to the people who may people able to change it

@virginmedia Nothing has been received by email which is what I requested. Mainly to have the information of what I was to pay and what was in the contract
