There is a special relationship between players and an assistant coach. It is a Psychological thing that can be difficult for people to understand. The chemistry and bond are beyond explanation.

@ImStillProper @otm_enhancement I'm not sure of other countries. But in Botswana, almost every coach in national football leagues (first division and premier league) at one point served for free or is owed a lot of money. Some even at times assist this clubs with their own money.
