Therefore, adjustment can REDUCE, but not ELIMINATE, bias between SBRT and MI-SLR groups. I hope this topic receives the attention it deserves in the ensuing manuscript.

At the same time, supportive measures and alternative dosing strategies (weekly vs bolus?) have reduced (or may reduce) toxicity going forward. So even though it’s an *old* drug, the therapeutic ratio continues to improve.
