Extremely disappointed with @ALDO_Shoes. Returned two orders on 3rd February & still haven’t received my refund. Chased by email on 24th Feb & still not contact. @ALDO_Shoes how do I get through to speak to an actual person who can help?

@TopshopHelp Trying to return an item via Hermes. I have a return label but they have not emailed or collected on the scheduled date. I can’t get hold of anybody to discuss this.
