@MjTheHunter Research what you want to do, break it down, write it down, help your self by defining it in an UML diagram. If its just to try it out then a quick messy prototype gives a lot of insight
As I am in the process of redoing my road building, here it is with the mesh deformation for buildings.
I will be having different road types, but I have to manually setup all the possible combinations for it to make the transitions extra smooth, this way I can see better๐
I hope its going to be a very interesting kind of city builder game. ๐๏ธ
Right now I am just figuring out, how they are going to deform to the cells. ๐ข
More to come soon ๐ฅ

@GGA_Alexander08 Its for a city builder, there are some great tools out there like โroad constructorโ for unity. But right now I am revamping it, because it feels soo bad drawing a road path
After almost a year of fiddling around, I finally got my road tool working ๐ฅฑ
In case you wonder, its for a city building game on an irregular grid ๐๏ธ

@Acerola_t From what I understood vulkan is a pain in the ass to work with, but what is the difference to opengl? Is it faster? (That was said when it was announced, when I remember correctly) How is it better or worse to others?
Cant wait for the next vid!
@TimSweeneyEpic Thought its like some sort of mega grant and the devs get some deal like apple does for arcade, so free means also free for epic and 0$ for the devs?
