@horpeyemie05 So youre saying folks pay for gray hair? Mines been turning gray since freshman year of college I came to accept it, but I don’t realize this was an acquired look🤔
@RweFilmin @ProphetOfKek117 I had to listen to someone breakdown while doing my best to reassure them - as best as I can - while sending help after they watched someone kill themselves last week among a hundred other calls I took that day. I feel like Aaron can handle it for what he’s getting, imo.
@AdaLluch How many families are one problem/emergency away from losing their home and scrambling to figure out their next move - shoot, how many people without kids are in that boat? It’s ROUGH out here if you aren’t wealthy, and it can crumble apart QUICKLY out of nowhere.
@AdaLluch As a father who loves his daughter and wouldn’t trade her for the world, I can understand why a lot of people are weary on children, and it’s not because of the children at all. The economy is so bad and questionable that you can’t have children effectively unless you’re stable.
@AdaLluch And mind you, my last response is regarding people that aren’t “homeless”. There are plenty of parents and children that effectively couch hop to try and make ends meet.
@AdaLluch The problem - only 31% of US households are considered “financially healthy”, while 54% are “coping” (covering the basic needs with no safety net) and 15% of households are financially vulnerable. Nearly 70% of the US is “Coping” or “Vulnerable” - of course birth rates are low.
@hoodii30 I believe they run tests to find this. To be more specific: if an infant spends longer than 3-4 months failing to make eye contact consistently, being cross eyed, constantly tearing/watering from the eyes, eye fluttering or lack of interest in moving objects. Things like that.
@CollegeBSBNews As a Hog fan, I gotta go with MSU here - I wish they could find a way to integrate their baseball logo with the rest of football/basketball tbh, cause Mississippi State’s baseball logo is top-tier, and I KNOW they could find a way to integrate imo.
I look at my daughter every day and I’m forever grateful that she has such a smile on her face and I’m able to provide for her. I thank God everyday for being born where I was, but why? Because we were born in a country that had become the “World police” w/ Trump - the bullies?..
My "Roman Empire is the realization that my life is a lottery win. Somewhere in Sudan, Pålestine, iran, Afghanistan, Iraq or Congo, there is a boy smarter than me. He is more disciplined, more resilient, and holds more potential in his single finger than I do in my entire career.
The only difference? I am siting in a train and he is sting in the rubble of his dreams.
My "bad days" are his wildest dreams.
My "burnout" is a luxury he can't afford because his only job is staying alive.
It's geographical luck and it's a haunting injustice that we all refuse to acknowledge and look away
@GfedGoCrazy I lived in Orange Mound exclusively while I was finishing college for over a year, specifically including my internship at @WMCActionNews5. I made more connections & friends in Memphis than anywhere else to this day. Anybody that talks ill of Memphis is full of it tbh.
@lady_valor_07 Blessed to say I knew my great grandma for 22 amazing years before she passed at almost 96-years-old; Alzheimer’s took her quickly. She was an amazing woman, and I used her namesake for my daughter’s middle name. My great grandfather was Apache, and they fought for civil rights.
@OnKeys22 Met @sidneymoncrief_ at a hotel in NWA 6 years back, and he was about as genuine and a born and raised Hog as you could picture. I saw him and asked if he was really Sid, and he said he was surprised someone my age knew of him (was 24 at the time). I told him I was raised right😂
@BrandoAKing This basically the equivalent of a Target Exec sayin “Target and Walmart basically are doing just as good as one another.. what am I missing that makes Walmart better?
Outlook or some shit…here it comes.”
@lisizac007@PardonMyTake Not only are you a dumbass, but you’re a band wagoner from Georgia, apparently - it fits. A brick wall could tell you what you wanna hear and you’d maim folks if that brick wall supported who you supported. How about you let educated people discuss things and shut up.
