@Bkitch1Bodie Begin with the end in mind...If you put in the scales now, what else can they be used for down the road? If building brand new, do it right...if that pushes back the building of bins 3 and 4 for another year or two to shore up working capital, then that's ok.

On Thursday, we had four students attend Senator Win Stoller's Youth Advisory Council in Springfield. The trip involved various guest speakers, a tour of the Capitol building, and the opportunity to take part debating and voting on a bill. It was a great learning experience!
