They cut down the acacia trees this week at Kenyatta National Hospital. The marabou storks that had nested there for decades didn’t have anywhere to go😭😭😭. Some died. Some got injured. All because nobody thought to check what was living in those branches first.
This is what happens when “development” skips the wildlife-sensitivity conversation entirely. Nairobi keeps growing, but does it have to keep growing over everything else that was already here?
Environmental assessments before tree removal shouldn’t be optional. They should be law am speaking for them, can someone hear me please 😭😭😭
Sorry I do not reach out as often as I used to, I have been second guessing my career path, debating my life choices, and sleeping in any free time I get to escape the reality that is my life.
trust the flow of everything that leads you away from what you thought was meant for you. some exits are answers, some endings are directions, what leaves is making room, what stays is making sense; allow the waves to carry you, they know where you belong.
The quickest way to “get your spark back” is to literally light yourself on fire. You’ve got to burn baby. You’re depressed bc you’re not being insane enough. Double. Down. The world does not reward half ass. All in or out. You’re thinking too small. You’ve accepted your current reality as the only reality. Bullshit. You need to write a list of the most insane asks you could ever dream of. “I am a NYT best selling author. I am the founder of a Fortune 500 company. I paint for a living and I make a damn good living.” Ask and you shall receive. Embody and you become. Flip the fucking script. Your current ceiling is now the floor. Level up.
You need to burn.
We’ve turned "Community" into "Audience." We don't have friends anymore; we have followers. We don't have conversations; we have "content." We are starving for connection in a world made of fiber-optic cables.
Everything that exists, from thoughts and feelings to objects and sound, vibrates on a certain frequency. When you align your frequency with higher frequencies, you open up to possibilities, creativity, and inner peace. It's all about choosing to focus on positive thoughts, gratitude and love, instead of fear, anger and uncertainty.
Raising your frequency means to become a magnet for positive experiences. When you vibrate high, you are in tune with the universe, attracting people, situations and opportunities that reflect that inner light. Ultimately, high frequency is a state of mind and heart, that connects us to our highest potential and a deep sense of happiness.
Intelligent people are INTENSELY OBSERVANT. They can literally see right through people: their intentions, their animosity, and their lies. That's why they don't entertain performative energy, they live a quiet life & mind their own business.
HOW TO KNOW YOU WALK A RARE PATH
1. Loneliness has followed you since early days
Even surrounded by people, you often felt apart—watching rather than blending in.
That solitude was never rejection. It was space.
Space for depth to grow where noise could not reach.
2. Childhood ended sooner than it should have
While others were learning how to play, you were learning how to endure.
Life demanded responsibility before you felt ready.
Hard moments shaped you into someone observant, resilient, and awake.
3. Without effort, you stir reactions in others
Your energy reveals truths people would rather ignore.
Some respond with judgment, others with distance.
It is not you they resist—it is what your presence awakens in them.
4. Trust has been broken more than once
Those you opened your heart to did not always honor it.
Each betrayal carved wisdom into your spirit.
You are learning to see clearly, not to harden.
5. You carry a quiet inner knowing
There are things you understand without explanation.
Your instincts speak before words arrive.
You have learned to listen—and they rarely mislead you.
6. Your life moves in cycles of collapse and renewal
Just when things seem stable, they fall apart.
And then—something stronger, truer, more aligned emerges.
You have learned that endings are not failures, but thresholds.
7. Even in confusion, you are not abandoned
When the path disappears, guidance appears in unexpected ways.
Coincidences align. Help arrives late—but always on time.
You are held, even when you feel lost.
8. The conventional route never felt like home
Following the crowd drains you.
Your soul resists boxed expectations and scripted lives.
You are here to carve a path, not borrow one.
9. You love gently, yet you endure fiercely
Your heart feels everything—joy, grief, longing.
Still, you rise again and again.
Sensitivity did not weaken you; it deepened your strength.
10. Your silence is often misunderstood
People mistake your calm for submission, your restraint for emptiness.
But in quiet moments, your power gathers.
You grow strongest where others speak the loudest.
11. You questioned life earlier than most
You wondered about meaning, purpose, God, and truth
while others were distracted by surface things.
Depth found you young—and never left.
12. You are asked to wait longer than seems fair
Doors close. Progress slows. Seasons feel hidden.
But what is being prepared for you carries weight.
And heavy callings require deep foundations.
Those meant to carry light are often shaped away from the crowd.
They are refined in solitude
long before they are understood in the open.
Not everyone will see it.
But those who do—will recognize it instantly.
Life flows in rhythm. Your body, mind and spirit can tune into the life forces of the planet. In African and indigenous traditions, Earth, Water, Fire, and Air are energies to feel, respect, and harmonize — living, guiding, and essential.

The promised land flowing with milk and honey was never a country on a map.
Milk is the moon, the pituitary gland.
honey is the sun, the pineal gland.
Two small glands in your head, one charged magnetic and feminine, the other electric and masculine, working together to produce one sacred fluid.
The promised land is the awakened brain, the place that flows with these substances when you raise your energy to the crown.
