Deceptively warm start to the morning. Great turn out for intervals and I for one really enjoyed the session 💪

Beautiful morning for a torture session, I mean run 😯!!! An effort was made to recruit some of the local talent, but I think their thoughts were elsewhere 🤣

A very muddy interval session round Dumbell crop. Great turn out. Sadly didn't get any pics of our C25K group 😞 which also started this week. Another session in the bag 💪.

Good group of runners and walkers. Splitting the distance for those that didn't want to go too far. Finished nicely with a brew in Maples coffee shop.

Even though it read as -2 ⁰C it didn't feel that cold, there was freezing fog which made for great hair styles 😆.
