I hate that paying off loans causes your credit score to drop 😭😭 I have paid off 4 different types of loans this year and each time my credit score takes a hit for it 🙄

@Discover as someone who used to work in banking, and your company doesn’t offer one time waivers for interest, very disappointing. Make consider not continuing with your services. Not customer supporting at all.

@Discover I already called customer service and they advised courtesy refunds on interest charges is not something your company does. Which is unfortunate you do not help your customer once in awhile unless they pay off the balance. You company is not customer supportive.
