At city council in person for the first time in a while. No public comment, hearing about the community health improvement plan. Redistricting hearing later. #sptbggov
Today a woman with developmental disabilities came into the library, and said she was lost. She didn't know her address, but her phone number was in her pocket on a piece of paper with Elmo on it. She kept saying, "The library is a safe place."

@HJDustin_Wyatt If it is getting any incentives then those would be in a development agreement that city council would need to approve. But the design is under DRB's purview.
@HJDustin_Wyatt DRB has a mix of professional architects as well as citizen reps. And it's rulings generally don't go to city council. It's quasi-judicial.
@HJDustin_Wyatt My Charleston sister suggests it might be Harris Teeter. Says the ones in Charleston have pizza bars, hot food, some have Starbucks. We used to have HT here and I loved them.
