@NCAGhana Just discovered that after the SIM registration exercise, many of our Momo wallets haven’t been updated.🤔This means performing transactions like push and pull to your own bank accounts now incurs E-levy charges.

I contacted the call center, and they confirmed that while the SIM number is updated, the Momo wallet still reflects the old ID card info.
Why go through the SIM registration process if the wallets tied to it aren’t updated? 😠📞 #MomoWallet #SimRegistration #ELevy
