This would help with contract/signature management. I currently use DotLoop and it seems to be the best out there for handling leases and other related paperwork for tenants. Getting away from the manual form-filling would be amazing. I imagine having the relevant data in a Sheet and then bots able to fill out the loops and individual form fields. In the property world we also often get scanned forms that we need to fill out, so I can see the bots adding appropriate overlay fields and then pulling data in.
The @X “For You” algorithm has improved significantly over this past month. I’m finally getting a meaningful portion of my feed (25-50%) that is content I’m interested in (people I follow or the related cloud of connections.)
Are others seeing the same improvement?
The town of Conway, New Hampshire tried to force a local bakery to remove a mural of donuts painted by high school students.
But government bureaucrats don’t get to play art critic and decide what is and isn’t art.
IJ helped the bakery fight back and, today, we won!

The argument for CR in March 2025 is to fight in September 2025 because… we’re not ready yet ?!?!

I had a long conversation with a friend last night about why X is so important vs legacy media. I don’t think he was entirely convinced, but this post is a perfect example of the media’s (newspaper) blatant disregard for researching the truth.
Hello @sltrib,
Late at night, my husband received an email from you through his distillery. He responded professionally, clarifying that his business activities are entirely separate from my online presence and saying I would reply later. As a mother, my family responsibilities naturally took priority on a weekend, and I was unable to immediately respond to your inquiry.
Instead of allowing me a fair opportunity to reply, you chose to rush publication, heavily relying on a Rolling Stone piece containing multiple factual inaccuracies. This approach proves you prioritize sensationalism over accuracy, fairness, and responsible journalism.
It is particularly concerning that, knowing my current employment situation, you emphasized my husband’s distillery, once again exposing his business to targeted harassment and review bombing.
Your actions speak volumes about your journalistic integrity. I will not be intimidated, nor will I back down from advocating for honesty, fairness, and accountability.
