Dare I forget to mention my Valentine wine - this oaky Chardonnay Semillon from @stonybrookwine. I tried the 2017 with owner Joy in December - this 2015 has done very well in the bottle! Very much a wooded chard on the nose and entry, but on the midpalate, some lean Sem emerges
