🚨 BREAKING: In a completely unexpected move, Gavin Newsom has VETOED AB 957, the California bill that would remove children from their parents’ custody who do not medically “affirm” them.

This is a huge win and we can’t believe it’s at the hands of Newsom. It will now be left to individual judges.

This really isn't hard: if you put males in female prisons, females will be sexually assaulted, regularly and repeatedly.

It is the definition of "cruel and unusual punishment" (and is in direct contravention of both the Geneva Conventions for prisoner handling and the UN rules for handling female prisoners) to lock females into cells with males and not even give them a chance to remove themselves from the situation or defend themselves.

How the fuck did we get to a place where governments all over the world are proudly and openly breaking international human rights laws just to protect th feelings of a few entitled men?

What absurdist logic brought us to the point where we can say "men should never be in women's prisons, except when they claim to be women, and we can never question their claim"?

If you can't see yet that this is a misogynistic mens rights movement that directly attacks the rights of women and girls, it's because you don't want to see it.

If you still support this, you might want to take a hard look in the mirror, because you're on the wrong side of history and it REALLY won't look good if you're still there when this whole disgusting edifice collapses.
