@AmazonHelp No, Adam, that would not be the best course of action. I've tried multiple times and I never heard from logistics, never received my items - which; unfortunately, were put in a locker against my instructions of FRONT DOOR. Drivers simply can't read English to follow directions

66% failure rate. Seems like my conversation last week had no affect on how my deliveries were dealt with.

Out of 6 orders, 4 have been sent to a locker without a code being forwarded to me, via the app or an email. 66% failure rate....
I think I will big time be taking my money to brick and mortar stores over this inability to read plain English
