@MCCQuebec: Haida Nation v. BC gives Mohawk Mothers a right to a process, not to a result. So, McGill has to show that they are "consulting" but they dont have to listen to demands. They claim that Mohawk Mothers don't represent Mohawks and don't have a right to be consulted.
