Yes and the key thing is it is not due to skin color. It is due to Democrat policies creating this subculture in order to control and manipulate people of color.

Racist people will of course pervert this data and ignorant people of color will simply “feel” offended by the data and make excuses, call anyone who talks about the problems a “racist” or a “bigot.” All to shutdown conversation.

The Democrats basically found a new way to enslave people of color, slavery of the mind, by keeping them dependent on Democrats from welfare to lowering standards just to get them in higher jobs due to their skin color… and it is causing the decay of society overall… everything is being dragged down. All so Dems (now full on communists) can maintain control.
