Basic public facilities are missing at the I.E. Partapur Office, Meerut. There is no drinking water, toilet, fan, or seating arrangement. Citizens are facing great inconvenience. Kindly inspect the office and provide these essential amenities at the earliest. @IndiaPostOffice
