@lcscheibl Sure thing - when you have a few minutes just go to youtube and search chirunning there are a bunch of clips out there

[Jim Stormoen @stormtri]

Start tweeting on my workouts - I have become a huge proponent of ChiRunning - was able to run faster than ever and pain free

[Jim Stormoen @stormtri]

@lcscheibl Sure would have been nice hey...but McCarthy has complete confidence that Crosby will get his swing back - uh huh...

[Jim Stormoen @stormtri]

Cold snap has started and off to bradys 2nd grade play- I'll get a pic for you guys

[Jim Stormoen @stormtri]

@lcscheibl I'm definitely jealous

[Jim Stormoen @stormtri]

Walks tougher with snow on the side of the road?

[Jim Stormoen @stormtri]

About 8 inches by us - truly heavy stuff too. Now it has turned really cold

[Jim Stormoen @stormtri]

@lcscheibl Yep still likes it - I told him we could go through the moves tonight so I can answer all of his questions - help his confidence

[Jim Stormoen @stormtri]

@lcscheibl snowing slowly right now - but I picked up the snowblower gas yesterday so provided it starts...your snowplow guy ready?

[Jim Stormoen @stormtri]

@lcscheibl no pix this time but will try next time

[Jim Stormoen @stormtri]

Brady has wrestling tonight and he'll be decked out with his new wrestling shoes and headgear.

[Jim Stormoen @stormtri]

@lcscheibl You are going to need some of those spikes for the bottom of your shoes/boots so you can keep the walks up.

[Jim Stormoen @stormtri]

@lcscheibl Score guess for tonight is Pack 17 Ravens 13 - you have a guess? We only got 1/2 inch of snow but everyone is prepping for Wed

[Jim Stormoen @stormtri]

@lcscheibl Got almost all done last weekend but this weekedn was correcting the things that weren't working. good weekend - you?

[Jim Stormoen @stormtri]

@lcscheibl I'm alright with that if we are in December already might as well feel like it. Lots of Xmas readiness starting this weekend

[Jim Stormoen @stormtri]

So how much snow did you get? We got nothing more than a dusting by us

[Jim Stormoen @stormtri]

@lcscheibl Yep I think the training will be very good and hopefully toughen him up some.

[Jim Stormoen @stormtri]

good walk yesterday? Better get them in because it's getting colder soon, not that the weather would stop you

[Jim Stormoen @stormtri]

@lcscheibl swam just under a mile which isn't bad. Brady had his first wrestling practice last night and he loved it.
