@TeamYouTube The team don’t have any information and it’s been three months. There is no escalation process. How do you suggest I get it resolved (apart from continuing to wait while nothing is done)? Seriously?
@TeamYouTube I have followed all of YouTube’s directions on what to do but no one will tell me what the issue is (YT already acknowledged the hack) or why it is taking this long. If I ask creator support they just say they can’t give a timeframe.
@TeamYouTube Yes @TeamYouTube I saw your reply. But it’s not helpful at all. You can see the kind of generic emails I’m getting from creator support. It’s been over two months now and nothing has changed. I’m still unable to use my channel.

Please, I need a human to look at this and get my channel back. This is not how you treat the victim of a hack.
@TeamYouTube When I log into YouTube studio it says my channel will not be restored, but the emails from YouTube partner program says it’s still being investigated. Please help me @TeamYouTube@YouTubeCreators
