So overall, despite it being a mixed bag, I'm glad I finally played XIII. It's been a gap in my Final Fantasy experience for a long time that it's nice to fill in.
I don't know that I loved it enough to play the sequels though. There's too many other games to play. (9/end)
I finished Final Fantasy XIII for the first time last night. I started it with low expectations, given its polarized reputation, and I don't regret that. It is janky in multiple ways, perhaps most infamously & accurately illustrated by its nickname, Final Hallway XIII. (1)
And I have to note the battle system was a lot of fun...once you got a few chapters in. The beginning of the game was pretty slow, but once you have a full party and reason to keep changing jobs around to respond to the needs of battle, it's good stuff. (8)
Presenting another look at the latest instalment in the Kingdom Hearts series.
Kingdom Hearts IV will launch simultaneously on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, Epic Games Store and Steam!
Stay tuned for more updates.
As pleased as I am about the FFVII Revelation announcement, it is *very* bittersweet that the entire remake trilogy will be released before the next Kingdom Hearts game comes out. I miss my KH spinoffs, man!

If I was a computer programmer, I would be very tempted to try this. I find this kind of nostalgia-inspired old-tech DIY project fascinating. https://t.co/F4y05PbZ8y
…in the spirit of the series overall.
Anyway, I’m glad I finally watched through this finally. And I’m glad I’ve got the complete Justice League DVDs on hand to jump into next. It’s going to feel strange to not have STAS in my need to watch list after all this time. (15 /end)
Despite being a fan of Superman and the DCAU, I had strangely never watched much of Superman TAS. When it was on when I was a kid, there was something about his face design I just didn’t connect with. He looked too serious and stoic in his promo shots. And in the little… (1)
…very dark &serious two-parter Legacy. A decent finale, but you can tell they were setting up another season that didn’t happen. They used those storylines in JLU, but it would have been nice for STAS to go out on a more uplifting note that would have been more in the… (14)
