@semicolon5757@dwr False. A single Starlink v2 satellite is estimated to generate around 20 kW average power. So a 10,000 satellite constellation of v2 Starlink is somewhere in the vicinity of 200,000 kW. The planned AI 1 satellite is spec’d at 120 kW average power.
@y2e2coups@mmjukic Oh yeah they failed so hard against China 🙄. And I guess we’ll ignore the legal battle Open AI is in atm, and act like the deal announced today with Anthropic didn’t happen.
Other than that you’re 100% correct.
@threeofivethree@RealMikeSchall Use existing right of ways where possible, such as along highways and tracks currently used for Cargo. Still need to solve the last mile issue though once you get to your destination city as much of Florida is just suburban sprawl.
@eren_mlops@TeslaAaronL Who knows with Europe, too much red tape and slow acting bureaucracy. The door is finally cracked open with FSD approval in the Netherlands though.
@eren_mlops@TeslaAaronL All good, due to data collection/export rules they had to train the system for the Chinese market in large part using training from publicly available videos. They discussed this on a previous earnings call but I forget which one.
Three years since the first flight of Starship, the next generation is here. New ship. New booster. New engines. New pad and new test site. SpaceX engineers are working to solve one of the most difficult engineering challenges in history: developing a fully, rapidly reusable rocket
@ScottJenningsKY@markhebert502 1. They didn’t have nukes before, and weren’t they “obliterated” months ago
2. They still have a ton of drones and are still launching missiles
3. Still have thousands of small craft capable of laying mines
4. Terrorist attack at a synagogue literally hours ago
@KratosDisciple@lookner In that we find agreement.
However in the past they at least tried to put more effort to sell us a war even if it was based off lies. (Think WMDs, babies in incubators, anthrax etc). Now they do whatever, public opinion be dammed.
@KratosDisciple@lookner No I’m spouting my opinion just as you are. Public polling has consistently shown 70-80% opposition to ground troops being sent into Iran.
