@AmbetterHealth wow, what an aweful call experience. I cancelled my policy the beginning of January and there is NO record of that. Now what. Terrible customer service numous times. This time the agent said she would put me on hold and come right back, nope, never did.
I never tweet negative about companies, but @unitedvanlines dropped the ball. Bad comms, bad off boarding of our items -an utter zoo. Damaged items, terrible claims process, AND wrong final invoice sent to us. Now they are not wanted to fix the damaged items. #MovingCompanies
