What is not speculative is that the V3 satellites that will be launched on Starship are an order of magnitude more capable than the V2 satellites currently launched on Falcon.

Or that an order of magnitude more V3 and beyond Starlink satellites, plus V2 and beyond direct-to-cell satellites, will be launched.

That means >100X the bandwidth of the Starlink V2 system, which will reach $20B ARR this year. Even if revenue per gigabit drops by 10X, that still means SpaceX communications revenue will exceed $200B/year!

To state that all religions fit under one common umbrella and hence are equally non-threatening to our liberties is akin to stating that all mammals with four legs are indistinguishable from one another when it comes to their likelihood to pose a threat to humans. I am a J6er.
My constitutional rights have been violated.

As have every J6er's.

My plea was forced. I was given a SPLIT sentence.

Split Sentences, ie. prison AND Probation for the petty offense misdemeanor of Illegal Parading were ruled excessive and unconstitutional. The picketing charge is the most common J6 charge and what I plead guilty to.

I was sentenced to 30 days and 3 years.

The reason why judges--including Judge Tom Hogan (Reagan) in the Little case--ordered 3 years' probation was to permit the government to monitor J6er behavior thru 2024 election. They made no attempt to hide it.

When I found out about the unconstutionality of my sentence I contacted my attorney or advice. He said "Don't poke the bear John. Do your time. Keep your head down."

Probation sucks. Random urinalysis? monthly reporting, no guns, no out of area travel.

I havent flown since years ago when i was o. The Quiet Skies list, another civil rights violation.

The one courageous J6er who held the corrupt and partisan DC court to the fire got burned. They removed his probation and sent him back to prison.

His name... James Little.
