Overheard Gr 4: it was so hot in class! Gr 7s came w/ #microbits & proved our class is too hot at 33oC!
Gr 7s @stpaces independently coded temp sensors from pseudocode during 3rd session. Ss measured various temps & extended learning to light levels. How quick they learn! @HWCDSB

Great enthusiasm from these Gr 7s @stpaces! Ss coded #microbit step counters & learned to radio their steps to a 2nd device for data collection. They walked, jumped, jogged, & even remixed the program to track push ups using the accelerometer (3g). @microbit_edu @HWCDSB #stem
