The STP interview can last up to 50 minutes. The panel will ask you 7 set questions taken from a bank of approved questions. The questions align with the person specification

How will the STP interview be arranged?

Once you have accepted the offer of an interview on Oriel, your contact details will be sent to the employer. The employer will contact you directly to arrange a date and time for the interview.
