Today @StPeterCulinary students prepared and packaged over 150 ����'s to be distributed to people experiencing homelessness within our community. Like the bags say, each sandwich was handmade with ❤️ @StPeterCSS

Each year our Grade 12 Hospitality students complete a chicken butchery lab. Each student "fabricates" their own chicken as part of their culminating activity. The dark meat will be marinated, the breasts butterflied and the bones used for stock. Exceptional job class!
