@rozy514415 this literally is not true. if you get urethral lengthening and your skene's gland is kept in tact then you can ejaculate the same fluids you do pre-op with both metodioplasty and phalloplasty. I wish people were more knowledgeable about this stuff before spreading misinformation

Trans women at high risk of breast cancer are now excluded from accessing breast cancer screenings by law.
To reiterate: screening for cancer can now be denied to trans people on the sole basis that we are trans.

anti-trans legislation has already surpassed the year of 2024 and can easily surpass 2025

if that happens it will be the 8th year in a row the amount of proposed anti-trans legislation increased and the 7th year in a row this broke an all-time record

@alixisabug this is why people don’t register how bad their dysphoria actually is sometimes. if you become apathetic to your body it’s hard to understand how distressed you are by existing within it. I think often times trans people who describe a lack of dysphoria are coping with the apathy
