@anchajaya1@offendnoone Tell the bitch to make better choices so she doesn't "waste her eggs." I'm a master key and she's just any regular lock (unless she covers the keyhole and only uncovers it prudently), so I'm going to leisurely take my time as much as I want.
@SeduceCleopatra@TiffanyFong I'm going to ravage every half naked female's tits, ass, and cameltoe with my eyes and there isn't a damn thing you can do about it (except dress decent) you boundary-less skank.
The federal government created the market for "gangster weapons" because they enacted Prohibition first.
That's what caused them to pass the NFA some years later. They were outgunned by free Americans who said "fuck off, I'm gonna drink whatever I want to".
It's always the same strategy. Provoke the populace, and use the reaction as a justification for more restrictions on your freedoms.
You can see it happening right now with ALPR cameras; they've created the conditions for crime to occur in previously low crime areas, and used that as a reason to surveille you 24 hours a day.
BREAKING: Exxon Mobil has shut down one of the largest diesel refineries in the Midwest, which produces ~11 million gallons of gasoline and diesel fuel per day, due to outage issues.
This comes as diesel prices have already surged nearly 90% this year and the US has entered peak diesel demand season.
We expect to see diesel prices push toward $7.00/gallon.
Justice Thomas:
βWhy do we keep saying there is a Second Amendment right?β
β[The Constitution] assumes the right, it doesnβt grant a right.β
βThe right to bear arms shall not be infringed.β
This is what Constitution Day is all about. πΊπΈ
The biggest loser from the CLARITY Act failing?
The banks.
They may have just shot themselves in the foot.
Banks spent months warning about stablecoins draining deposits from the banking system. The CLARITY Act had explicit protections designed to address that exact risk.
Now the bill is dead.
Crypto regulation shifts back towards SEC and CFTC, who don't need to pander to the banks for support.
The banks killed the very legislation that could have saved them, and the consequences could be massive.
JUST IN: SEC clears path for on-chain trading of tokenized stocks
WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
This lets crypto platforms offer tokenized versions of stocks like META, APPLE, & NVIDIA with easier rules while the SEC builds more permanent regulation.
WHY DID THEY DO THIS?
The SEC said tokenization could modernize issuance, trading, transfers, settlement and ownership records while potentially lowering costs, improving transparency and expanding liquidity.
48 hours after Clarity died, Coinbase raised rates on USDC and the SEC released its innovation exemption
"The SEC releases long-awaited innovation exemption to bring America's capital markets into the digital age."
"It took all of 48 hours for Coinbase to raise rates on USDC and for Paul Atkins to come over the top and say, yeah, we're going to go ahead and write the rules with or without you. Which we knew that they were going to do."
"So now you have the SEC putting basically into motion the idea that you can fundraise in crypto in the United States. That you will have a five year safe harbor period to become sufficiently decentralized. You can do it on a white paper. There's a path to not being a security."
"All the things that we were looking for, for all of that time. Absolutely amazing."
My thanks go to everyone who put so much effort into the CLARITY Actβ across the Administration, Congress, investors, and innovators. Our collective conviction that America must continue to lead is indispensable.
I have been unequivocal: with or without legislation, we willΒ act decisively within the SECβs statutory authority to deliver certainty for American investors and for the entrepreneurs shaping our technological future.
Stay tuned.
