What a fantastic human being this man is. Always thinking of others.
So happy to see him get recognised for the huge amount of work he’s done to raise funds to fight #MND
👏👏👏
@Fit_For_Golf Can you recommend any exercises to improve external right shoulder rotation / mobility to help keep my right elbow down and decrease the chicken wing swing?

How sad.
‘The Panopticon theory describes a surveillance mechanism where individuals, knowing they could be watched at any moment but never knowing if they are, internalize the gaze and self-regulate their behaviour’
“No-one dances anymore”.
Why? They get recorded.
Food for thought right here on our willingness to just ‘let technology rip’ and its impact on the younger generations.

Five years ago, Hideki Matsuyama’s caddie, Shota Hayafuji, bowed to Augusta National. A viral clip was born.
But @BFQuinn takes you into the little-known making of that moment and the aftermath.
Just got teary-eyed in my Uber because of this. https://t.co/s7FLFU1fEg
Major champion Gary Woodland had brain surgery in 2023 to remove a tumor.
That tumor was pressing on the part of his brain that controls fear and anxiety.
A year ago, Woodland was diagnosed with PTSD that resulted from his surgery.
Earlier this month, he went public with his PTSD diagnosis to help himself and others.
Woodland is back in the winner's circle ❤️

big ❤️ to the wonderful Ore Blessing (apparently we’re b’day twins!)

Does anyone know if this is service is still available, and if you have to book?

“This is my body, so MND is living with me. Unfortunately, it’s more complicated than serving an eviction notice.”
There is no definitive link between rugby union and motor neurone disease but it has afflicted some of the sport’s highest-profile stars - most recently, ex-England captain Lewis Moody.
From the players forced to battle it to loved ones left behind, @SarahShepSport examines its devastating impact.
