"Nobody in Restore would be daft enough to do this"
Your lads started the rape gangs inquiry with a fake Einstein im14andthisisdeep quote.
Yes they are, you are stupid enough to do this.
This person does not deserve any of the abuse that she has received. Lowe and his team are con artists and should never be in charge of governing anything.
I wasnโt laughing at Rape Gang Survivors. I founded an organisation dedicated to supporting rape gang survivors.
I was laughing at Charlie Downes, Harrison Pitt, and Alistair Harrison because they are contemptible people. I hold them in contempt for harming survivors.
@XibanyaZhongguo@pegobry_en It is bad optics, but people are becoming hysterical, witch-trials level psychosis, cult-like. Acting as if she is FOR the rape gangs when that obviously isn't true even from a cursory skim of her profile. It is deranged and part of a deeper ideological rot spreading.
@CliffArroyo@fredemonium@RichardHanania@alexeyguzey Immediately filtered yourself as a grandstanding retard. No, I don't think it is acceptable. I also think that handling the inquiry with error after error is not acceptable and is an insult to the British public. These things aren't mutually exclusive. Muting this.
@CaptainBligh202@FUDdaily@Donna_Rachel_ Yet the critics are accused of not caring about victims. It's tripe. Really, you guys don't care about victims; you accept an embarrassing standard and weaken the case with arguments built on fallacies, which you aren't aware are fallacious because you haven't looked into it.
@CaptainBligh202@FUDdaily@Donna_Rachel_ The figure was developed by extrapolating a local figure to a national level using *all* CSE cases (not just rape gangs) based on a region with the worst rates. Even in their defences, the supporters of the report reveal its incompetence.

@Sargon_of_Akkad@lotuseaters_com What's bizarre is refusing to showcase your candidate during a political campaign. I get that you are a propagandist for Restore since you are affiliated with them, but try to make it convincing at least, come on. You know how this comes across.
@BoerneBro@eugyppius1 What next? "There is a pop-philosophy fake Einstein quote at the start to make a point about how people focus on frivolous matters, like the inappropriateness of a pop-philosophy quote in a RAPE GANG INQUIRY REPORT" It's all cope bullshit that you could rationalise endlessly.
@BoerneBro@eugyppius1 Just trust the plan bro, it's 4D chess!!!! You live in a world of delusion. The authors show too many signs of incompetence for there to be the ulterior motive that you're suggesting, and I don't want to vote for a party of morons. They botched it. Simple as.
@fredemonium@RichardHanania@alexeyguzey Nope. The original statistical extrapolation that the report is citing was for the period of 1997 - 2013, and it was based on statistical fallacies. I can see why you'd think this given the poor quality of the inquiry's report, but you've been misled.
https://t.co/gTmIGtHBAr
@SJMac8546@RichardHanania@alexeyguzey Statistically, there is no reason to believe the extrapolation based on the process used to arrive at it. It also included all incidents of CSE, not just rape gangs. Yet the report more or less treats the figure as a fact and omits these caveats. It's not professional.
@SJMac8546@RichardHanania@alexeyguzey It's easy to google, but the number is based on an older report that extrapolated 250,000 based on the faulty assumption that the rate of incidents would remain constant across all regions, which was not substantiated. Some areas with even more Pakistanis had far less cases.
@laysh_la_@RichardHanania@alexeyguzey *All CSE, to be clear. Moreover, the original statistical inference never accounted for factors such as whether sex crimes in the places it was extrapolating from may be happening at a much higher rate than other regions, so it is probably off. I implore you to read the article.
@laysh_la_@RichardHanania@alexeyguzey The original statistical extrapolation that the report is citing is based on an estimation of the national numbers from 1997 - 2013, though, as far as I understand. The figure extrapolated included ALL sexual abuse, by the way, not just grooming gangs.

@Entick_@A_AByron Once Restore are defeated in Makerfield and the report has settled for longer, there may be some sobriety. At the moment, though, there is such a tsunami of misinformation and hysteria on this app that I can't imagine this being treated sensibly for a while. It's just nuts.
The way that criticisms of the rape gang inquiry report are being treated by the right-wing on this app is pathetic. I didn't like excessive piety from the left and I don't like it from the right either. The lack of standards should not be beyond criticism. It won't help anyone.
Most are realising that it has done the girls more harm than good and is also totally useless.
Maggie Oliver told Lowe not to do it because of the harm but Lowe did it anyway only for political gain. Lowe is a charlatan.
@Patrimony_@Entick_ Reminds me of how Starmer treats division, as if division is caused by talking about division, and not by actual divisive circumstances. We are not doing the left's bidding by noticing that these people in Restore are MORONS, they are doing the left's bidding by BEING morons.
@Patrimony_@Entick_ You are all so retarded. LOWE IS DOING THE LEFT'S HOMEWORK FOR THEM BY FUCKING THE INQUIRY UP SO MUCH. Don't blame the critics for doing so once they've noticed it's so unbelievably BOTCHED.
