@raelbrav @British_Airways We took a P&O ferry and it was a similar experience. No staff were native English speakers (mainly Latvian or similar on low wages), the restaurants looked like McDonalds, food was worse than McDonalds and our daughter burnt herself using the taps. Just very very poor
