@ZeptoNow Truly the most frustrating experience ordering items from you guys. After being assured just this afternoon that frozen/refrigerated items will be properly transported and delivered, this is what I received. Shame on me for coming back to Zepto.
A customer service rep had nothing but cookie cutter replies for me, asking me the same thing over and over. When I asked for a number on which to talk to someone over the phone, more standard messages saying 'product was confirmed delivered in proper condition.'
delivery and receive my order later, if it meant I was receiving food that was kept at the appropriate temperature using insulated bags. Please let me know what I can do. Thank you!

more importantly, repeated freeze-thaw cycles make them susceptible to bacterial contamination that can have serious (even lethal) consequences to our health. How do I ensure that they will use insulated packaging when transporting items? I would rather forgo the quick /3
