The upcoming SC confirmation process is going to be a nasty brawl that pushes our country to the limits. We can't keep going through this.
I see a constitutional amendment for term limits coming soon. We will suffer so future generations don't have to.
That gives me hope.
2) Current Justices on the court shall draw straws and the results shall have a judge retire every two years until all members have been replaced
3) The Senate SHALL confirm a judge to the court within a year of a seat becoming vacant unless ...
