@GPLapsJake I agree with you.
Do we watch LeMans, Daytona, Indy, or Knoxville for the championship implications...? No, it's for the race. A tight points battle at the end of the season or some big points shake-up is a bonus. I watch races, not championships.
Corey Comperatore was a fixture at Lernerville Speedway in his hometown in PA, a member of the track's Safety Crew for over 20 years. He also sold 50/50 tickets at the speedway to benefit the BTVFD.
Corey will forever be remembered as a hero who saved his wife and daughter.
This pretty much echoes my thoughts from my stream yesterday. A 3d image on a 2d plane presents more challenges than we have irl. Even if it's not technically correct, it will "feel" correct. This change would provide better and more enjoyable racing while in the rain.
Totally. Also iracing spray is very white and wide so you dont see anything left or right but in real life with your eyes adapting you see periferal points and such so you know where you go and where to follow quite "easy". Also I think iracing rain spray is always on "heavy wetness" but if you watch david video there is big difference between how much water there is on track = spray. I would for simracing sake remove like 15-20% opacity/transparency and add 10-20% more lights and its good for racing in iRacing :)
