Some email clients can be configured to use custom folders for special mailboxes such as “Drafts,” “Sent,” etc. You may need to reselect these folders.

E.g., in Apple Mail on iOS this is set under Settings→Mail→Accounts→[account name]→Account→Advanced.

We just had a failure with our ingress controller, resulting in about five minutes of downtime for some websites. The failed service auto-restarted and is healthy again.

Mail delivery is failing. There is a fault with our SMTP gateway service. I'm working with their support team to resolve the issue. 😬📞

Mail delivery has resumed.

Our mail vendor's network had a failed cluster. They routed traffic through an alternate cluster, and are doing a post-mortem on the failed systems.
