Does anyone have recommendation on how to get @travelers to help me get premiums back they refunded to a credit card we cannot access. We have been trying for a year and basically just get a its not our problem response.
Be careful with auto-renewing subscriptions. Most companies are understanding and refund if you ask when you see the charge but I have found and exception @parallels is refusing to refund my 2025 charge even thought I provided evidence I canceled in 2024 they are refusing today!
