🟢 **New: Absences**

Players can now report absences directly in StratSync, with active absences shown on the Availability page and notifications sent to coaches and managers.

Team managers can also connect a Discord role that is automatically assigned while someone is absent and removed when their absence ends.

🔵 **Discord setup is also getting a big upgrade.**

Authenticate with Discord, select your server, then choose from the channels and roles the StratSync bot can manage.

No more manually copying server, channel and role IDs.

The best teams don't just play more.

They review more.

After every scrim ask:

What worked?
What failed?
What needs practising next?

Small improvements every day lead to big results over a season.

[StratSync @stratsync]

Competitive teams already put hundreds of hours into improving.

Managing your team shouldn't make that harder.

That's why we're building tools designed specifically for Valorant teams - not generic project management software.

Every feature in StratSync starts with one question:

"Will this make life easier for competitive teams?"

If the answer is no, we don't build it.

Simple as that.

#VALORANT #Esports #Stratsync

[StratSync @stratsync]

One of the easiest ways to improve as a team:

Stop ending VOD reviews with "we'll remember that."

Write down:

Mistakes
Improvements
Action points

Your next scrim should build on your last one.

🎥 Feature Spotlight: VOD Storage

Every scrim and official is an opportunity to improve.

Instead of losing VODs in Discord or bookmarks, keep them organised in one place.

✓ Store every match

✓ Access previous reviews anytime

✓ Build a history of your team's progress

Review smarter. Improve faster.

No more jumping between Discord, Google Docs and Spreadsheets.

Keep your:

📋 Strats

A productive scrim starts long before everyone joins the lobby.

Before every session, make sure your team knows:

✅ Today's goal

✅ The maps you're playing

✅ The comps you're testing

✅ The strats you're reviewing

Preparation turns scrims into improvement.

🎯Feature Spotlight: Strats

Stop searching through Discord for old executes.

With StratSync you can:

✓ Organise your strategies

✓ Keep everything in one place

✓ Build a playbook your whole team can access

Spend less time looking for strats and more time perfecting them.
