Want to be in Durham 😔 instead I was the only doctor covering ~ 200 medical patients for 12 hours + carrying arrest bleep… We’re overworked and underpaid in the NHS. Bring on a real terms pay rise for us all and proper staffing, this is not safe or sustainable
