@ReaditKelli Q4: It’s helpful to practice what I preach. Also kids will ask other teachers, can we do what teacher x’s class does. I ask kids to tell me what cool things other teachers are doing so I can try it too. Then it gets back to the person and it builds that bond. #KLChat
