@AlexisKerg@VividSeats They told me that I have to sell the tickets on my own. Now here’s the kick. Despite me purchasing the tickets, it took @VividSeats exactly four months to finally send me the tickets. And as you know, it is neigh impossible to reach a human on their phone number.
@VividSeats The issue isn’t that I need clarification, it’s that your policy sucks. I didn’t buy tickets to the reschedule date and I know it isn’t your fault it was postponed, but I should be able to exchange for another time if I can’t make the reschedule date that I never agreed to.

My show was rescheduled due to covid and I can’t make the new date but also can’t get a refund, exchange them for another date, or sell my tickets because their website sucks!! I’ve tried posting my tickets multiple times and every time it kicks me off 🖕🏻🖕🏻

@lighterchick@VividSeats This has been my experience as well. I bought a ticket for a game one month ago that had an unscannable barcode. No refund, nothing but lies since.
@VividSeats refuses to refund us for a nhl game postponed because of covid when we are only in town for vacation. So much for customer service. Do not recommend
