@HMRCcustomers my wife submitted request to register for online tax return via SA401 about 2-3 weeks ago, have not received her UTR yet. Any way this can be tracked/fast tracked?
@HMRCcustomers trying to get through to help with online tax return on number 0300 200 3310 it tells me ave 30 min wait, goes through a couple of options, sends me a txt, then tells me the call is ending "goodbye"? I need to speak to someone re my submission

@HMRCcustomers just been on hold and recorded message to your help line for 30+ mins in trying to access my online acct to submit tax return , very poor service dont blame it on covid
@NatWest_Help been on hold for over an hour now to speak to someone at your online banking team...apparently my call is important to you (or not)...covid working practices excuse wearing thin
@OfficialFV we ordered a bed on 17 May paid in full, was told delivery 3-5 weeks, now over that. Where is our bed, can I just get a refund. if you are still taking orders I hope you are telling customers looong lead times
