Not very many factories work with schools to get them an early out. 3 months of work, 40hr weeks and paid on top of it. The ones that come here looking to earn that credit to graduate early, more than half of them blow it. Apparently hanging out with friends is more important.

Why do we always get people who train for days and suddenly think they're going to get put on major weld jobs, then quit when thry find out they have to work up to it. Almost as bad as a-holes who take a free hour tech course and suddenly think they can open their own weld shop.
