@Ausbobsmit And yet…. Even with net approval around -18 to -24, Albanese consistently beats both Taylor and Hanson on “preferred/better PM”:
•Newspoll: Albanese led Taylor 45–34 as better PM (July 13–16 poll)
•YouGov: Albanese led as preferred PM with 33%, ahead of Hanson at 25%
@Ausbobsmit The only thing that’s seeing Memes are like these tells me is the pathetic and desperate nature of the person posting. As time has gone by. @Ausbobsmit seems to have to resort these more and more.
@Ausbobsmit Yes it is truly bothersome when politicians misrepresent facts to try and mislead the public. I can think of others, the most recent being Paulone Hanson trying to say that’s small businesses had to pay parental leave when in fact that is a state payment.
@Ausbobsmit@AFZ_90 I am not a lefty, as you put it, & didn’t vote labour, but I am pragmatic. Most of us donate to some cause depending on ability, she just has more money but a pensioner with a net worth of $20k, donating $20, it is about 4 times more significant than the plane, just not visible
@LiddyDrane@Ausbobsmit She does nothing that doesn’t come with a benefit. That’s not left or right, it is business. In this case the benefits benefits all but what is the benefit expected from the donated ON plane I wonder
@Ausbobsmit Absolutely Rob… As a mining magnet who likely relies on the service for injuries at her mines this is perfectly reasonable. She gets a payback for that much in the way we get when we donate to the ambos.
The question is what payback is expected for ON’s Plane
@RositaDaz48 2/2 ……strengthening enforcement.
The more interesting question isn’t whether Labor figures disagree. It’s whether the answer to organised crime is to lower the tax or to better enforce the law.
@RositaDaz48 I’m not sure the story is “Labor turmoil” so much as a policy disagreement about how to deal with a growing illicit tobacco market.
Minns appears to favour reducing the incentive for black-market sales. Others favour maintaining the health benefits of tobacco excise and…..1/2
@Ausbobsmit@Lijakaz Your line of posting is becoming pathetic. Even a halfwit knows that the Prime Minister’s residence is a part of his salary package and therefore is not rent free. The only thing living rent free is the empty space between your ears. It’s not surprising you’ve joined PHONies
@Andrew425638@LiddyDrane@Ausbobsmit By commissioner is independent of any high authority so your comment about how easy is from what ridiculous. My point on the other hand is what would a white man know about what an aboriginal needs white man have tried to fix this for years and I’ve got nowhere.
@Andrew425638@LiddyDrane@Ausbobsmit Does that mean a royal commission with an aboriginal commissioner or do we go down that road where white knows best when it comes to all of the indigenous of all of the colonised nations
@RositaDaz48 One of your more foolish posts I would say. He has not committed treason which is a very high bar and there is no such charge as cowardice. Very difficult to take you as a serious commentator when you post rubbish like this.
@sussanley Except that it wasn’t the worst terror attack was it. I imagine the people in Tasmania were pretty terrified when that Australian boy let loose with his rifle. Just because we live in the world that is now filled with much more hate because of bright wing bullying.
@Young_Jeffrey1 Another way to get internal bleeding if that is even true, it’s the step in front of the vehicle lean into it to take the shot, instead of taking your mass of action which you have time to do if you have time to draw your weapon. Young Jeffrey, you need to grow up.
