@jjen_abel Of course, we got fortunate with the “fit” of the new rep. I could not have turned the role over to “just anyone”.

But to say “they don’t exist” can be counter-productive. Several advisors told me this. But I chose to take the chance.

@jjen_abel These criteria make sense. But it’s still hard to know for sure when they are met.

I had lots of leads I wasn’t able to effectively follow-up on. But the playbook wasn’t fully baked. So, I wasn’t sure about hiring.

I did hire. We’re more productive; and I’m less stressed.
