@Mr_davisj That's because administrators do not believe it is an important position compared to the O-coordinator. When in reality, S&C keeps athletes healthy to play. An increase in pay is a necessity for S&C professionals.
“What’s the best way to strengthen the feet?”
I look at foot strength and function from 4 primary pillars:
•Sensorimotor acuity
•Intrinsic foot strength
•Foot compliance
•Strengthen arches (Windlass mechanism)
