How Aksh was funded - The Same Letter, Two Handwritings, The Venture.
Two dads - the founder and the investor. Both accomplished. Trying to tell their kids to slow down.
Kids who did not have time to listen.

A pattern I keep seeing in growth conversations, mainly with founders:
High achievers burn out trying to “fix” traits that are just mismatched to the environment.
While you may feel better about the changes you bring in yourselves, your inner self does not, and gets suffocated.
The solution is to find a fit.
What I found interacting with several employees, helping them with growth paths
Those who switch the room too often are not trusted.
Those who try to change their personality get frustrated - it's not humanly achievable.
The fit is a good point to optimize.
@drgurner What is grind for one is Optimization, ecstacy for another. Lesson here was
1. Know what I like and enjoyed.
2. Know when it's turning
3. Find someone who will enjoy the do it hundred times part
4. Invest in that relationship.
Great reminder @drgurner
@drgurner Study on a 100 first gen millionaires (no generation money, no child support or alimony), self made reported the most common car : pickup trucks.
No ferraris, no lamborghinis. Pickup trucks.
@drgurner You be prepared to ask forgiveness. Don't ask permission.
This one switch changed my performance in sales, marketing, then throughout the corporate ladder.
Good one @drgurner
One of leading cause of stress is founders and corporate leaders loose the boundary between work and life.
Join us as we examine the reasons and how to prevent this.
