Russische Drohnen schlagen am Freitag in ein Einkaufszentrum in Krywyj Rih ein. Mindestens 16 Menschen werden getötet, mehr als 100 verletzt. Darunter auch viele Kinder. Ein weiterer Beleg für russische Kriegsverbrechen. Und dafür, dass die Ukraine-Unterstützung nicht ausreicht.

Ich habe mir das 100-Tage-Sofortprogramm der AfD genau angeschaut und werde jeden Tag einen Punkt aufgreifen und ihn sachlich und faktenbasiert analysieren.

Beginnen wir heute mit dem Punkt Rundfunkstaatsvertrag kündigen:

Dieses Vorhaben ist ein leeres Versprechen, das rechtlich gar nicht umgesetzt werden kann. In Deutschland schützt das Bundesverfassungsgericht den öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunk und garantiert, dass er unabhängig arbeiten und sicher finanziert werden muss. Im Jahr 2021 hat das Gericht in einem wichtigen Urteil sogar noch einmal klargestellt, dass die Bundesländer die Festsetzung des Beitrags nicht einfach aus politischen Gründen blockieren dürfen.

Medienverträge können zudem nicht von heute auf morgen beendet werden, da sie lange Kündigungsfristen von meistens zwei Jahren haben.

Doch selbst wenn der Rundfunkstaatsvertrag nach zwei Jahren tatsächlich gekündigt würde, bedeutet das keineswegs das Ende der Kosten für die Bürger.

Die Rundfunkbeiträge müssten wie bisher trotzdem weiter bezahlt werden, nur dann eben für eine Art AfD-TV.

Es stünde dann eine Medienanstalt bereit, die wie in Russland von der Regierung auf den Inhalt kontrolliert würde.

Wenn eine Landesregierung den Beitrag jetzt im Alleingang streichen würde, würden die Gerichte diesen Versuch sofort stoppen.

Daumen runter AfD: Hier wird etwas vorgegaukelt, was in der Realität nicht durchführbar ist.

Horrific aftermath of Russia's ballistic missile attack on Kyiv.

The city suffered extensive damage across multiple districts.

One person killed, seven more injured.

Residential buildings, an office building, vehicles, a dormitory, warehouses, a supermarket, and the entrance to a metro station were damaged.

Overnight, Russia carried out one of its largest ballistic missile attacks on Kyiv. The enemy launched more than 40 missiles of various types – most of them against the capital – and 120 attack drones.

As of now, one person has been reported killed in Kyiv and the region, and 16 others have been injured. My condolences to all their families and loved ones. Everyone affected is receiving the necessary medical care. Emergency response efforts are continuing at three locations, with nearly 600 first responders involved. The relevant services are also working in the Odesa region.

In total, over the course of this week, Russia has used around 1,450 attack drones, more than 1,640 guided aerial bombs, and 99 missiles of various types against Ukraine. People were injured in the Odesa region and Zaporizhzhia, and there was damage in the Sumy and Chernihiv regions. This week, the Vinnytsia, Dnipro, Donetsk, Zhytomyr, Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Kharkiv, Kherson, and Cherkasy regions also came under Russian attack.

Protection against ballistic missiles is our constant and top priority right now. Interceptors are needed every day, and I am grateful to everyone who takes our agreements seriously and ensures the delivery of anti-ballistic capabilities. Right now, these packages are literally saving lives during every massive Russian attack. It is also essential that pressure on Russia continue alongside our work on anti-ballistic capabilities. Delays in adopting new decisions give Moscow the opportunity to plan not only new attacks against our people, but also ways to circumvent new sanctions. Thank you to everyone who is helping.

Eleven people, including a child, have been injured in Kyiv during last night's Russian attack. Civilian infrastructure was hit even before the air raid alert was issued. Emergency crews are working at the sites of the strikes – apartment buildings, offices, and a theological seminary were damaged in the capital. Recovery efforts are also ongoing in the Odesa, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv regions.

Over the course of the night, Russia launched more than 120 drones and 12 missiles, half of them ballistic. Our defenders managed to shoot down most of the targets – but not the ballistic ones.

We expect our partners to deliver on their promises regarding support packages agreed at the NATO Summit to help protect our people. We must move as swiftly as possible on licensing agreements for Patriots and the joint European anti-ballistic defense project. Currently, the top priority for all our institutions is to make this happen.

Russia took another step regarding Transnistria – the Russians simplified access to citizenship for people originating from this region of Moldova. It is a very telling move. It means not only that Russia is looking for new soldiers in this way – because citizenship also entails military obligation – it is also Russia's way of staking a claim to Transnistria’s territory.

Those in Moscow often tell various interlocutors that supposedly only Donbas interests them. In reality, far more than Donbas is at stake. We must respond to this. All the more so as the presence of the Russian military contingent and special services in Transnistria also poses a challenge for us. We are interested in a stable and strong Moldova.
